356.02 - Skate Wheel Transfer, Two Outputs (pneumatic)

The next intralogistics skate wheel transfer 356.02 is suitable for optionally discharging transport of containers, cardboard boxes and other load carriers up to 50 kg/m. Alternatively, the skate wheel transfer can discharge on both sides in different angle settings (30° - 50°). The drive of the skate wheels is described for reversing operation. Swiveling into the angle position is defined by the stroke of the pneumatic cylinders (2) and their settings at the lever module. At a minimum con- veyor height of 235 mm, speeds of 0.17 m/s to 1 m/s are possible. Starting at a clamping length (conveyor width) of 750 mm, four cylinders are used for swiveling the skate wheels. Depending on the clamping length and conveyor length, several motor rollers are used for driving the skate wheels.

The load is moved in the conveyor direction by the skate wheels and their rotation. The skate wheels are lifted slightly in this.

The combined movement of the skate wheels permits deflection of the load at an angle of 30° to 50°. The direction change will lead to ejection of the load. It can be ejected on both sides (left/right) in the conveyor direction.
